We do not have an out of the box solution to this, but you can use the following code sample - http://www.sitefinity.com/help/developer-manual/libraries-api-contentmanager.html
This will upload your item to a certain library. Note that once you have the buffer filled with your EPS data:

| currentByte = firstFile.InputStream.ReadByte();
You can compress it to JPEG and save it to another library as well. Then you can add a new metafield to the library items, in which you will save the relationship between the EPS and JPEG image.
